If you check the buildlog file you can see that the signing of the
binaries failed for the win32 full build today. That's why the msi
never got build and therefore not uploaded.

The 'small' version is from yesterday however, not from today. But
since there weren't any commits yesterday, it's *basically* the same
version, yes.
