Change color overlay on taskbar icons

It seems taskbar icons are cached per folder instance. I have a problem
that for wanted WC folder, color that is bound to that WC folder doesn't
suit me (bluish, I mixed it with Skype all the time).
Where can I clear that cache, or can I manually set those colors somewhere
(e.g. in registry)?
