Units in speed

In TSVN is used kBytes/s unit. This is 1000 or 1024 Bytes/s ? In later
KiB(ytes)/s should be used, and as it is more common a expect this one
was meant. IIRC, Ki and Mi are in iso already. If former is used is it
correct but unxepected.
