I don't see any change after restore defaults.

I clicked both
Settings / Diff viewer / Advanced / Restore defaults
Settings / Merge tool / Advanced / Restore defaults
and
"diff with previous version" on file "doc" still starts LibreOffice.

Extensions visible in "Advanced diff settings" already had dot.
