You only posted a few days ago and it seems no-one has an immediate
answer. Sometimes that happens.

The svn upgrade process is not nearly as trouble-free as we would
like, but it is part of the core subversion library, so nothing we can
do about it directly. If you report your findings on the subversion
users mailing list they might be able to track down the problem and
incorporate a fix in the next SVN release.
