Bogus warning about non-recursive commit

Hi Stefan,

If I have a folder on which I have changed a property (add item to the
ignore list). It also has a file which I have SVN copied from
../sister-folder. And there is an ignore-on-commit changelist,
although the one file in it is not modified. When I try to commit the
folder, or even its parent, I get a warning dialog:

---------------------------
TortoiseSVN
---------------------------
This commit is not recursive, and there are moved/renamed
folders selected for commit. Such moves/renames
are always performed recursively in the repository.

Do you want to commit anyway?
---------------------------
Yes No
---------------------------

As far as I can see this is completely bogus. But it only appears when
all 3 conditions are true. If I uncheck the prop change or the copied
file, or if I remove the changelist then the warning does not appear.

Simon
