missing context menu items

I just upgraded to 1.7.2 (was on 1.7.0 or 1.7.1) and I lost the context menu on files. I'm on Windows 7 32bit. I have uninstalled/reinstalled, rebooted, repaired several times. I went to 1.7.1 and it didn't resolve. Reinstalled 1.7.2 and it didn't resolve.
Any ideas?
