suggested modification to Mathematica diff script

Hello,

I made a tiny change to the Mathematica diff script to make an out of place
input cursor go away in the diff dialogue in Mathematica 8 (8 is the latest
version --- this cursor was not visible in previous versions).

Here's the minimally modified file:
