You could try doing a little work yourself by looking in the manual at
the command line interface to TortoiseProc. Since we know absolutely
nothing about your application we can't give you any more help than
that.

But isn't the ASP.NET / MVC3 framework running on the server side? How
is that ever going to work with client-side software like TortoiseSVN?
