Minor: Strange artifact in commit dialog

Hi *,
I noticed a strange "thingy" in the commit dialog.
Interestingly, when I click on it, the dialog maximizes.
If I reduce the size of the dialog, it stays even on top of the buttons
The screenshot was taken on a 32-bit Vista, running TSVN 1.7.1.
No big problem, just annoying.
