Fix translation strings in 1.7.x branch

Lübbe,

Today I noticed two incorrect strings in the Dutch translation (too many
CR/LFs). I have corrected them in the trunk resources, but Transifex
mentions that the 1.7.x resource is not available for translation (This
resource currently is not accepting translations).

The affected resources are:
Ignores all whitespace changes when diffing⏎ Ignore all whitespace changes

Ignores changes in whitespaces when diffing⏎ Ignore whitespace changes

Can/will you port the changes to the 1.7.x. branch?
