Doc Build part 4 - Hyphenation error

Hi Folks,

the build of the Russian TortoiseSVN manual fails on my PC with a "Severe:
couldn't find hyphenation pattern ru" message. So I turned off hyphenation
in defaults.xsl just to see what happens. Then fop fails with "out of heap
space, even though I have set "-Xms256m -Xmx1024m" in my fop.bat. If I
increase the max value to 1400 it fails with "out of heap space, if I
increase it to 1500, fop fails with "Could not reserve enough space for
object heap". Sort of a catch 22 here :)

How do you build the Russian TortoiseSVN Manual? The Russian TortoiseMerge
manual can be built on my machine.

Does anyone have the fop hyphenation installed at all? We are getting the
"Severe: couldn't find hyphenation pattern" for every language. I tried, but
then it fails with the "out of heap space" again.
