perhaps an entry in the advanced config section?

Should this option affect only repo browser behaviour or for instance
a log dialog opend from the context menu too?

I'm not sure I would use the option though.

In the moment TSVN behaviour regarding ESC is consistent: pressing ESC
closes the active TSVN dialog.
With this option it might get confusing if you have multiple dialogs
open and you suddenly encounter one that does not close.
