If you look at the results, you'll notice that:
* the first reports are for files that are generated by VS
* TortoisePlink is the plink source code, an external project
* zlib is also an external project

the only report relevant to TSVN is a variable scope hint.

next time, please first check the results of the tools you run on our
sourcecode yourself. I have enough to do already and run similar and
better tools myself on the code.
