Minor TortoiseMerge select bug

Hi!

When using ctrl-down to jump to next change, sometimes the caret will be positioned somewhere in the middle of the line. (At the first change if the line has inline changes.) However, if holding shift and pressing right, a selection is being made from the _start_ of the line.

I would expect the selection to start at the previous caret position, regardless of how the caret arrived at that position.
