Character encoding problem in the log window

Hello everyone. I have a weird problem with the characters' encoding
in the log window using r22046.

This doesn't happen with r22036. I'm using the 32bit build on Windows
7 and my system's locale is Greek. The standalone client shows the log
entries right though.
