You can safely ignore this inconsistency. It goes away when you force an
update somehow.

But I found a really big bug on transifex:
There seems to be a bug in the transifex web ui that sometimes causes
msgstrs to be stored in some of the first msgstrs as well, overwriting the
previous correct values.
