TortoiseIDiff suggestions

Hi!

Here's a small list of improvement suggestions for TortoiseIDiff:

- Disable "Link image positions" button when in "Overlay images" mode. It doesn't seem to make any difference in this mode as images are always linked except when ctrl- or shift-dragging(?).

- Fix texts to have consistent initial upper case. Now "image" and other words are sometimes capitalized in the middle of a sentence, and sometimes not.

- Add a tooltip for the button right over the alpha slider. (And make the icon colorful, the button looks disabled now.)

- Make "Blend Alpha" the default mode in "Overlay images" mode. It feels more natural (to me) to have that as the default mode and have a button named "Highlight differences" or similar instead.

- Disable the "Fit image sizes" button if the images have the same size. (Or if it wouldn't do anything.)

- Maybe find a better icon for "Fit Images in window". My images do not get zoomed in, when the button is clicked, but centered. The current icon looks like "Fill window with the images".

Just some random observations... :-)
