Minor TortoiseMerge divider annoyance

Hi!

When the pane divider is moved in TortoiseMerge the scrolling is moved to include the caret.

Steps to reproduce:
1.) Click on the first line of a lengthy file to place the caret there.
2.) Scroll down so that the caret is not on screen.
3.) Move divider.
4.) Observe that scrolling jumps to include first line.

I would expect the scrolling to stay the same even if the divider is moved, regardless of where the caret is located.

Running TortoiseSVN 1.6.99, Build 21990 - 64 Bit -dev, 2011/09/18 17:37:37 on Win7.
