Minor issue with Choose Items in checkout dialog

Regarding Choose Items dialog that is spawned from the Checkout Dialog:

 1. Issue: After expanding a folder to show it's children, the arrow to
collapse the folder disappears if the folder has only file children. If the
folder has folder children, the arrow remains.

 2. Feature: Would it be possible to allow SHIFT and CTRL select of multiple
items in this dialog, as the listbox in the Commit Dialog allows?
