Done.
But you really should open the www\UploadWebsite.bat file once and then
do what the comments in there tell you to.
After that simply executing that script will upload the website.
(Sorry, but creating another bat file is necessary: I can't put our
login credential data into our repository - well I *could* but I
definitely won't).
