Hmm.. The image is pretty big to begin with...

116k png. After running it through OptiPNG (http://optipng.sourceforge.net/) on default settings it shrinks to 72k. Not bad.

Or if you just save it as a jpeg instead it will get much smaller, again: 28k with MS paints default settings...

PNG doesn't really excel in compressing photographs...
