Accelerator shared by two unrelated entries

If the folder context menu is opened from the root of a working copy, the
ALT+C accelerator will be used for both Cleanup and Relocate.

Create patch / Apply patch and Get lock / Release lock also have the same
accelerator, but that makes more sense to me since there is a symmetry
there.
