There is a possible minor issue remaining here (depending on what behavior
you want).

Selecting and deselecting all files with the checkbox works fine.

However, if I select all the files, and then deselect 1 file, the checkbox
does not change to being "filled-in", as is the behavior of some dialogs to
indicate that the listbox has some but not all checkboxes selected. In the
same way, if you deselect all files and then select a single file, the
`Select / deselect all` checkbox stays in the unselected state and does not
change to being "filled-in".

Just thought I'd describe that in case it wasn't the behavior you wanted.
