Different strings for "Valid path on Windows"

Hi Folks,

while translating I noticed that we output two different strings when we
complain about an invalid path on windows. One resource says:

A valid path on windows must not contain '<>|"?*:' or one of the following
device names: com1-com9, lpt1-lpt9, prn, aux, con, nul, clock$

The other says:

A valid path on windows must not contain '<>|""?*:' or one of the following
device names: com1-com9, lpt1-lpt9, prn

Not only the device names are different, but the firs one contains one
double quote and the second one two of them :)

Cheers
- Lübbe
