Incorrect behavior of Delete Unversioned Items dialog's Select / Deselect all checkbox

With build 21789, some incorrect behavior of the Delete Unversioned Items
dialog's `Select / deselect all` checkbox:

If there are files in the listbox:
 * They are initially all selected and the `Select / deselect all` checkbox
is selected (correct behavior).
 * Click the `Select / deselect all` once; now all of the files in the list
box are deselected, but the checkbox is shown is displayed as "filled-in",
which is the indicator for some but not all files being selected (incorrect
behavior) [1].
 * Click the `Select / deselect all` again; no change (incorrect behavior).
 * Click the `Select / deselect all` again; now all of the files are
selected and the checkbox is still shown as "filled-in" (incorrect behavior)

If there are no files in the listbox:
 * The `Select / deselect all` is not selectable (i.e. it is inactive), but
it is not shown as greyed out, and probably should be to clearly indicate
that it is disabled. [3]
