Diff of revision property from Commit dialog doesn't show filename or path in dialog title

[1] shows the dialog title for the diff of a revision property. [2] shows the
dialog title for the diff of a file. Both diff windows were invoked from the
Commit dialog.

[1] not showing the filename or path is a minor inconvenience because my
workflow is to highlight all of the items in the Commit dialog and select
`Compare against base` to open a diff window for all of the files in the
commit. I can then flip through and review them all very quickly using
keyboard shortcuts. Not being able to readily determine the filename makes
it difficult to determine which file to edit in the case that I find a
problem.

Should the "path - dialog title - TortoiseSVN" pattern [3] by applied to
this diff window title? If so, there are minor issues with both [1] and [2].
