r21711 wrecks Visual Studio 2008 dialogs

Hey.

I installed r21711 onto 32-bit Windows XP. I start Visual Studio 2008 (not reproduced in Visual Studio 2010), chsnge some versioned file, then select File->Open->File, navigate to that file and do TSVN->Delete. A prompt appears whether I want to delete a file with local modifications, I click No. The prompt disappears, focus goes to Visual Studio window, not the "Open file" dialog window. Now I can't press anything on the "Open file" dialog and I can't close Visual Studio - it says it can't close with a modal dialog active.

Best wishes.
Dmitry.
