[ This didn't seem to go through the first time; I got a bounce saying, "We are sorry, but your recent posting was rejected for the following reason(s):
org.hibernate.exception.GenericJDBCException: could not update: [com.collabnet.discussionservice.model.DSThread#1546467]" ]
FYI, TSN 1.7 beta 1 and Broadcom's WIDCOMM Bluetooth stack don't seem to get along. Whenever TortoiseProc exits (even from just viewing the "About" dialog), it crashes in BtMmHook.dll "Multimedia Keys Hook DLL". I don't know what that DLL does, but apparently BTTray.exe, which runs at startup by default, sets a function in it as a Windows hook procedure, so it gets loaded into most processes. This is the first time I've seen problems related to this DLL, but a web search shows a few other people reporting crashes in it.
I'm running the latest version available from http://www.broadcom.com/support/bluetooth/update.php; BtMmHook.dll is version 6.3.0.8200 and dated 3/25/2011. Killing BTTray.exe stops the crashes.
TSVN 1.6.x didn't have a problem with it... it'd be interesting to know what changed to trigger the crashes.
