Show peg revision for a repository browser copy operation

Recently I was trying to resurrect a branch that had been deleted at revision
N. I navigated to revision N-1 in the repository browser and copied the
branch to the HEAD revision (the path of the branch was not changed by the
copy operation). This works correctly. My suggestion is for just a minor
improvement in the message that is show in the Log Message dialog, by adding
the peg revision.

For example, suppose the trunk of the TSVN repository had been deleted and I
went to back to restore it.
I'd then:
 1. Navigate to the revision in the repository browser prior to which it was
deleted.
 2. Right click on trunk in the left pane and select Copy to...
 3. Enter `http://tortoisesvn.googlecode.com/svn/trunk` as the Copy to...
destination.

The following Log Message dialog would then appear:

I was thinking the message should read:

Copy http://tortoisesvn.googlecode.com/svn/trunk@21695
to http://tortoisesvn.googlecode.com/svn/trunk
