TSvnCache.exe retains lock

From: Alex <alexreg_at_gmail.com>

I'm using the latest version of TortoiseSVN at time of writing, on
Windows 7 x64.

When trying to eject a portable HD, I get the problem than
TSvnCache.exe is retaining locks on some of the files on this drive,
not allowing me to eject the volume properly. I have to kill the exe
using taskman if I want to eject, which is slightly annoying. Is there
a fix for this please?

Also, I'm very aware TortoiseBzr/TBzrCache.exe manages to keep watch
on all working directories without maintaining the locks, so I'm not
sure it's really required here.

Thanks for your help.
