   Clearing the cache works once, but then we'd have to keep clearing it.

   We can't find anything special about file X. Out of thousands of files, a very few (around 5, so far) exhibit this problem. They don't have unusual file names (no spaces, special characters, etc.). And I don't see anything unusual about the contents; they're just ordinary sourcecode (C#) text files.

   Is there some type of file name or file contents that we could look for, that might be causing this symptom?
