Great, I didn't know that current 1.6.x version could be installed on a non-matching bitness version - 1.6.11 refused to do so. I installed two 1.6.17 versions and now shell integration looks working.

Still I believe that 64-bit version should be shipped with both the 32-bit and the 64-bit shell integration and maybe an installer checkmark allowing to skip the 32-bit version installation.
