AFAIK, You have to install 32-bit version in parallel to 64-bit one to
have it working in 32-bit applications. (You cannot load 64-bit dll
into 32-bit app).

It was mentioned on this mailing list many times, but I cannot find
where it is written - I was expecting to see this mentioned at the
download page, but nothing about this issue is said there [1]
