Nightly TortoiseMerge bug

Hi!

Yummy reproduction recipe:
1.) Open TortoiseMerge with some files.
2.) Minimize TortoiseMerge.
3.) Modify one of the files that you have opened in TortoiseMerge using an external editor.
4.) Obeserve how it becomes impossible to access TortoiseMerge!

When I click on TortoiseMerge on the windows task bar I would expect TortoiseMerge to be restored and then show the "Do you want to load the changes"-dialog. Now neither dialog nor TortoiseMerge is shown.

Using TortoiseSVN 1.6.99, Build 21624 - 32 Bit -dev, 2011/06/25 23:57:13 on Windows XP.
