change list in commit dialog

I have accidentaly add some file to existing change list.
The only way to remove then from that list without deleting list was
move them to new list (or ignore on commit) and then delete that list.
Remove from list (move to 'main' list) would be better.
After removing that temporary list and click on file there was still
that list in list. after reloat it disappears. Should list be removed
from list once deleted?
Time to time I missing rename change list.
