TortoiseSVN nightly small build x64 failing to commit Boost library

I am hosting my own SVN server and through the HTTP protocol. When I try to
commit a large set of files, like all include & lib files in the Boost
Library (version 1.46.1), the commit hangs after about half way through and
no error is displayed until several minutes later with an "unknown error".

Is this a known issue? Can you reproduce this?
