Clean up behaiviour

I did something wrong and my WC need clean up. This is "ok" it happen
time2time.

So I run clean command. New dialog apeared. I hit ok, wait, and finaly I
get message that my WC was clean up correctly. However commit dialog
still shows thet may WC need clean up.

So I try again the same. Same result. Instead of closing commit dialog I
hit ok and my commit works. My Wc still need clean up.

So I start clean againg this time I select all checkboxes beliving I
missuderding something. I get error that my WC need clean up - BTW I
known that. Cfm shows I still need clean up.

So I start svn (CLI) - I hope it was that when I simple type svn - and I
get missing dll error.

So I give up.
