Inconsistent usage of period

Hi,

While translating, I notice quite a few occurrences of a two-line
source string that contain a command followed by a newline and a one
line explanation of the command. That explanation is often terminated
with a period, but sometimes it has no period. I suggest we either
remove all the periods on these one liners, or use a period on all of
them.

Examples with period:
Comment: Resource IDs: (314)
Comment: Resource IDs: (589)

Examples without period:
Comment: Resource IDs: (147)
Comment: Resource IDs: (315)

My personal preference: lose the period.
