Populate Save As dialog with file name

A recent change in response to a request on the mailing list was to populate
the Save as... dialog with <FileName>.patch when the user executed 'Create
Patch' with a single file selected. That is a very nice feature!

Similarly, in the Repository Browser, when the user selects a single file
and Save as..., it would be nice if the Save as... dialog opened with the
File name field populated with the name of the selected file.
