Works for me, but I would say that first line have double height.

I did two two line files
AAAA
BBBB

AAAA
CCCC

compare them, 2/3 are white, 1/3 is colored - I expect 1/2 to 1/2
adding to both another different line makes 2/4 white and 2/4 colored
(expect 1/3 2/3), using mark work is positioned in 1st/4 for first line
2nd/4 for second line ...

Also also after wrapping mark word position in locator bar does not change.
