Create repository within a repository?

If you create a repository in an empty folder, you can then right click on
the repository and get "create repository here" in the context menu. Not
surprisingly it fails.

If you create a new repository and click on "Create folder structure" the
structure is created but the button remains enabled. Clicking it again
generates an error message.
