TortoiseMerge nightly...

Hi all.

As I have written earlier there are several problems with the TortoiseMerge nightlies. Until now it has been possible to work around the different problems by switching on/off "Wrap long lines", restarting TortoiseMerge or similar. In the latest nightly however it seems like the horizontal scrollbars have stopped working completely. Word wrap does not work and scrolling is not possible either. This practically makes the TortoiseMerge nightly unusable for files with longer lines...

The TortoiseSVN nightlies have generally been very stable, making it possible for me and other people to use it on a daily basis and contribute with real world usability reports. This however relies on the lack of critical bugs in the nightly.

TortoiseMerge seems to have regressed a lot over the last weeks. I understand that this is due to necessary changes in the structure of the code. This however undermines the usability of the nightly as a whole. I would like to suggest to create a branch for the TortoiseMerge refactoring and revert TortoiseMerge on trunk back to before the refactoring started. When the TortoiseMerge is stable on the branch it can then be merged back to trunk.
