Show properties for trunk/doc in TSVN WC.
Select bugtraq:logregex and edit
In the "Message" groupbox click on "Arbitrary text"
Top is already selected, don't change that.
Click OK
Click on Edit again
Note that both Arbitrary Text and Bottom are now selected

I forgot to mention that you have to click OK and re-enter the dialog.
