Bugtraq property editor

Hi Stefan,

Just trying out the bugtraq property editor before finishing that part
of the docs.

If you select "Bug-ID is Numeric" then "Insert message at" is also set
to "Bottom".

Since regex seems to be the preferred method it makes more sense to me
to have it appear in the dialog before the message pattern method.

If there is a logregex and no message then disable the message group.
If there is a message and no logregex then disable the logregex group.
If both are defined, disable the one which will not be used (is
priority documented?)

In the logregex edit boxes the BugID expression comes before the
message part, whereas in the raw expression the message part comes
first. It would be easier to understand if they were in the same
order.

It would be useful to have a text area to allow testing of the regex.
It could be within the same dialog, or a button to open a separate
test dialog (dummy commit window).
It would be useful to have a regex validator too (like grepWin).

The group boxes are a little too wide for the window.
