Oppose, for the same reasons as Oto mentioned.

I like the new window titles. However, the change makes it pretty difficult for me to find the correct window with the default settings. I typically will have multiple windows open for the same WC, for example "Check for Modifications" and "Log Message". These windows now become totally undistinguishable on my XP taskbar.
I would suggest changing the icon for the individual windows from the generic tortoise icon to an icon that the identifies the purpose of the window. I would propose using the same icon that is shown in the context for the item used to open the window. This would make it much easier to distinguish the different windows.

Also, I noticed that the path "C:\abc\some-long-directory-name" will be "shortened" to "C:\...\some-long-directory-name". :-) Maybe we shouldn't substitute with dots if the "shortened" path is equal in length to the original?

In addition I would suggest that we allow to completely shorten the leftmost part of the path in window titles. At least when it only becomes a "C:\" or similar..?
