It is also the case that you can multiple different dialogs open for
the same path/URL (e.g. log, repo browser, commit), and Win 7 groups
them together the same way as it does if you have multiple dialogs
with different URLs.
I don't think there is a right and wrong way. It should be consistent
for all dialogs, and shortening the URL will help too. I would suggest
a registry setting to choose "path - dialog" or "dialog - path" but I
can guess what you will say ;-)
