Empty dialog when starting blame from the log dialog

Show log, right click on a file in the bottom pane and choose Blame
changes. A progress/please wait dialog comes up but has no content.
Choosing show changes is similar except that the dialog gets painted
just before TMerge starts. Observed in the latest 64 bit nightly on
Win 7.
