Nothing really bad :) run msgfmt on your translation
>msgfmt --check Languages\sk\LC_MESSAGES\TortoiseUI.po
Languages\sk\LC_MESSAGES\TortoiseUI.po:8769: `msgid' and `msgstr' entries do
not both end with '\n'
msgfmt: found 1 fatal error

This is one of the few consistency checks in msgfmt. You cannot really see
the missing newline in transifex.
