'Autoclose' has nothing to do with 'Minimize To Tray'.

The former is to close the dialog when the job completes.

The latter, OTOH, is for those cases when an app takes a very long time
to complete a job --which is the case I am talking about.

Is there a particular reason why a Checkout/Update/Whatever dialog
should be visible on the Desktop showing nothing but a scrolling listbox
of file names?
